Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility while preserving dignity
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition accurately and promptly
- Document care activities clearly in the resident chart and report changes to the nurse
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care and positive experiences
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (or eligible to obtain in North Carolina)
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting is a plus
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Willingness to work per diem shifts and adapt to facility scheduling needs
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of ADLs and resident-centered care
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with basic infection control and safety procedures
- Strong observational skills to notice and report changes in condition
- Reliable time management and documentation skills
