Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients under referring physician orders to determine individualized needs
- Develop and implement therapeutic treatment programs to restore strength, range of motion, coordination and function
- Apply a variety of therapeutic procedures and modalities to control pain and improve movement
- Document clinical findings and treatment plans clearly and timely in patient records
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies to support recovery
Qualifications
- Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
- Ability to evaluate and treat patients under physician orders
- Must practice in accordance with the California State Practice Act
- Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working full time on day shifts

- Patient evaluation and treatment program development
- Therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore strength, ROM and coordination
- Treatment planning focused on function and pain control
- Clinical documentation and accurate charting
- Working under physician orders and following State Practice Act requirements
- Patient-centered care and strong communication with interdisciplinary teams
