Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and observe patients to measure treatment effects and recommend adjustments to the care team
- Perform thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide compassionate care for patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders
- Select and implement therapeutic procedures to restore, maintain, and improve function
- Document treatment plans and progress clearly and promptly to support continuity of care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (required)
- Basic Life Support (AHA) certification (required)
- Comfort working in a rural community and willingness to relocate to Alamosa, CO
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning abilities
- Team-player attitude and excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues

- Patient evaluation and clinical observation

- Therapeutic procedures and rehabilitation techniques
- Experience caring for neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular conditions
- Ability to implement evidence-based interventions and adapt care as needed
