Shift Type: Schedule to be determined, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM day shift (12-hour day shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled rehab and nursing setting
- Perform thorough assessments and document changes in condition clearly and promptly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans
- Support rehabilitation goals by assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic programs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control practices
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse) — Massachusetts license preferred
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting is a plus
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or required by facility
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to perform assessments, administer medications, and document care accurately
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN) or accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN for RN)
- Facility may require proof of education and state licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and care planning
- Medication administration and safety practices
- Familiarity with rehab nursing principles and supporting ADLs
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and families
- Basic charting and documentation skills (electronic or paper records)
- Teamwork, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
