Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate personal care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Take and accurately record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of care and resident observations
- Communicate proactively with nurses, families, and the care team to promote continuity
- Follow infection control protocols and contribute to a clean, safe environment
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Ability to legally work in the United States and reliably commute to Camden, ME
- Comfort working overnight hours and supporting residents during the night
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a resident-first attitude
- Preferred: experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
- Taking and documenting vital signs accurately
- Safe transfer and mobility support
- Basic infection control and resident safety practices
- Clear charting and effective communication with the care team
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs overnight
