Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
- Document care and observations clearly in the patient record
- Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential in the applicable state
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LNA program
- Must have reliable personal transportation and local housing (local-only role)
- Ability to work both weekends when scheduled
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork-first attitude
- Previous long-term care or similar experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of an approved LNA program and state certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and mobility support
- Ability to take and document vital signs and observe patient condition
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling
- Effective communication with residents, families, and care teams
- Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
