Candidate Pay Rate: $245 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Interpret a broad mix of general radiology studies for hospital and outpatient locations with accuracy and timeliness
- Dictate clear, actionable reports using Epic/PowerScribe and manage images in PACS
- Collaborate closely with emergency, inpatient and outpatient clinical teams to support excellent patient care
- Participate in departmental quality improvement and peer review activities to advance practice standards
- Provide supervision and mentorship to support staff and trainees when applicable
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow institutional protocols for patient safety and reporting
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Ability to obtain a Massachusetts medical license (or already licensed in MA)
- Experience with Epic, PowerScribe, and PACS preferred
- Comfortable interpreting a broad range of modalities seen in general radiology practice
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
Education
- MD or DO
- Completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Board certified or board eligible (Diagnostic Radiology)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven ability to interpret general radiology studies (acute care and outpatient cases)
- Familiarity with Epic for clinical documentation and PowerScribe for reporting
- Proficient use of PACS for image review and workflow efficiency
- Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and time management
- Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with clinicians, technologists, and support staff
