Shift Type: Night shifts, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, weekends required (Saturday-Sunday) - Night/NOC coverage
Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist nursing staff with daily resident tasks and observe/report changes in condition
- Accurately document care provided and resident responses in charting systems
- Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and the care team
- Contribute to a positive environment by anticipating resident needs and promoting dignity
Qualifications
- Active LNA or T-LNA license/certification (required)
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work nights and required weekends comfortably
- Current basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Pass a background check and meet facility immunization and onboarding requirements
- Reliable, professional, and resident-focused with strong interpersonal skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA/CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident care and bathing/dressing/feeding techniques
- Safe transfer and mobility assistance skills
- Basic charting and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of infection prevention and safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
