Shift Type: Rotating day shifts (12-hour), 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM — Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday; Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; every other weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 34
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
- Perform accurate vital signs and timely documentation to support clinical decision making
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, feeding, and hygiene while promoting dignity and independence
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Communicate clearly with nurses, therapists, and families to coordinate care
- Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes with attention to detail
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through respectful, person-centered interactions
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (VT or NH)
- Active state registry status and ability to work in VT/NH
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with facility vaccination and screening requirements
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
Education
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs and patient mobility
- Accurate vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
- Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety best practices
- Comfortable with electronic and paper documentation
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills for patient-centered care
