Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients during the assigned shift
• Assess patient conditions and implement care plans with clinical accuracy
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and patients' families
• Administer medications, document care, and monitor patient progress
• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate concerns promptly
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges with attention to detail
• Contribute to a safe, patient-centered environment and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) status (Class: RN) — required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfortable working evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) on a per diem basis
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and team collaboration skills
• Previous acute care or facility experience is a plus

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma, or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Proficient documentation and medication administration practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs during a shift
• Comfort with electronic medical records and basic clinical technologies
• Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
