Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct nursing care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes promptly to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Educate residents and families on care plans and follow-up instructions
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Maintain clear, timely, and professional documentation in the patient record

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current, active license required
Local candidates only (position is local-only)
Comfortable working the listed schedule: Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and team members
Proficient documentation and attention to detail
Familiarity with infection prevention and basic safety practices
