Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to care in the chart
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow care plans
Perform wound care, IV assistance (if applicable), and routine clinical assessments
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to facility policies and infection control practices

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings preferred

Education

High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and patient assessment skills
Familiarity with care plan implementation and nursing workflows
Good clinical judgment and ability to prioritize patient needs
Teamwork, time management, and positive patient interactions
