Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with attention to dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following facility protocols
Perform routine assessments and monitor vital signs to inform care plans
Document patient status and interventions clearly and promptly in the chart
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes
Support patients and families with clear communication, education, and empathy

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — Pennsylvania license preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
Comfortable with medication administration, basic nursing procedures, and patient observation
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to pass facility onboarding and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

Solid fundamentals in clinical assessment and patient care
Medication administration and accurate charting
Infection control and safety best practices
Effective teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
Basic comfort with electronic health records and documentation
