Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support daily needs
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Monitor and document vital signs and patient status accurately
Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Support mobility and safe transfers for patients as directed
Contribute to accurate charting and timely documentation

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required as determined by facility)
Comfortable providing direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Strong communication skills and ability to work on a collaborative care team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
CNA certification/state license (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and basic nursing assistance
Vital signs measurement and reporting
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Infection control and standard precautions
Accurate charting and documentation
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication
