Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and document thoroughly
Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
Assist with daily living activities and promote resident dignity and independence
Support care planning and follow physician orders and facility policies

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and maintaining focus through long shifts
Clear background check and required health screenings/vaccinations per facility policy
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

LPN Diploma or Certificate from an accredited/licensed nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with charting and electronic health records
Infection control and safety protocols
Time management and prioritization during extended shifts
Collaborative teamwork and clear communication with care teams and families
