Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Assist the care team with daily activities that support patient comfort and recovery
Document observations and care provided in a clear, timely manner
Communicate patient needs and changes to licensed nursing staff
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and facility policies

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required)
Current/state-appropriate CNA licensure or certification (preferred: Pennsylvania credentials)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background check, and health screening as required
Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads with certification are welcome to apply

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental patient care techniques and safe transfer/mobility practices
Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
Basic charting and documentation skills
Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans
Reliability, attention to detail, and strong empathy for patients
