Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions and respond with timely, evidence-based nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
- Document patient care accurately and communicate changes in condition to the care team
- Provide patient and family education with compassion and clarity
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — eligible for or issued in New Mexico
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS or specialty certifications encouraged where applicable
- Previous experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or a similar clinical setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork mindset
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation best practices
- Safe medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical charting
- Ability to triage, prioritize, and manage multiple patients effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
