Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized plans of care for assigned patients and families
• Provide direct nursing care while delegating and supervising nursing tasks in accordance with applicable nurse practice acts
• Perform and document EKG competency and other required clinical assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and discharge needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with Vibra Healthcare policies and regulatory requirements
• Complete required pre-employment and annual health screenings and certifications

Qualifications

• Active, verifiable Registered Nurse license (must be verifiable prior to start)
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Successful completion of facility-required EKG exam/competency
• Ability to pass license/certificate verification and standard pre-employment health screens (drug screen, TB testing, immunizations, fit test)
• Strong clinical judgment, delegation, and supervisory skills
• Comfortable working in a per diem/travel contract environment and adapting to different unit cultures
