Shift Type: Varies by week with rotating coverage; primary day shift 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12.5-hour day shifts), includes weekend coverage and occasional early-morning 3:00 AM starts as noted in assignment weeks — rotating/day
Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled rehab setting
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and improve outcomes
- Document care and communicate changes in patient status in the chart promptly
- Support patient and family education to promote recovery and independence
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care with professionalism
Qualifications
- Current RN license in New Hampshire or eligibility for state licensure (compact license accepted if applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS as facility prefers or desired
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care settings preferred
- Current immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care
- Comfortable with EMR charting and timely documentation
- Familiarity with rehab nursing practices and interdisciplinary care planning
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond calmly in urgent situations
- Strong patient/family education and discharge planning abilities
