Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, ensuring dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor residents’ condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
- Contribute to a warm, home-like environment by engaging residents in conversation and activities
- Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Active GNA certification (required)
- Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Comfortable working with the geriatric population and supporting diverse care needs
- Current immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to high-quality resident care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- GNA certification or state-equivalent nursing assistant certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles and age-related health concerns
- Ability to safely assist with transfers, ambulation, and ADLs
- Basic infection control practices and hygiene protocols
- Good observational skills to notice changes in resident status
- Record-keeping and documentation skills
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
