Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Assist residents with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and observe changes in resident condition
- Communicate clearly and professionally with nursing staff, residents, and families
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Document care accurately and timely in resident records
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
- Comfortable working the 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM second shift
- Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset
- Ability to perform physical aspects of resident care and follow facility procedures
Knowledge & Skills
- Resident care and ADL assistance
- Basic vital signs measurement and observation
- Clear, empathetic communication with residents and families
- Basic documentation and charting practices
- Infection control and safety awareness
- Teamwork and reliable time management on shift
