Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, typical 3x12 or 4x12 night rotations (e.g., 3 nights on/4 off or 4 nights on/3 off), Every Other Weekend required (EOW)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate med-surg and telemetry nursing care for adult and geriatric patients
- Continuously monitor cardiac telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias and act quickly when intervention is needed
- Manage dysrhythmias and coordinate emergency response with the interdisciplinary team
- Float confidently between like units to meet patient care needs across the hospital
- Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC to ensure continuity of care
- Implement and maintain isolation precautions and respiratory care including nasal cannula management
- Collaborate with IV teams, respiratory therapy, pharmacy and rapid response to optimize patient outcomes
- Support a positive patient experience through education, advocacy and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington or pending Washington licensure accepted (quick starts preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required; travel/US experience required
- Telemetry experience is required — comfortable with cardiac monitoring and telemetry workflows
- BLS (BCLS) required; ACLS, MAB and NIHSS are preferred
- Previous Charge Nurse experience is a plus
- Comfort and willingness to float between like units and work night shifts
- Ability to work Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong telemetry skills: cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Proficient charting in EPIC and clear clinical documentation
- Familiarity with respiratory support and nasal cannula care
- Infection control and isolation precautions knowledge
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced acute care setting and work effectively on night shift
- Excellent communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
