Shift Type: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM NOC (Night shift, 12-hour)
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition accurately
- Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility, and fall prevention strategies
- Communicate observations and changes to the nursing team to support timely interventions
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control and safety protocols
- Document care activities clearly and promptly in the resident record
- Support resident dignity and independence while building trusting relationships with residents and families
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
- Active/valid state certification or ability to obtain New Mexico CNA credentials
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and the assigned Tue-Wed-Thu schedule
- Background check and immunizations/current health screenings as required by facility
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED; successful completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of resident care fundamentals and ADL support
- Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs and basic assessments
- Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
- Infection control practices and adherence to facility policies
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and the care team
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
