Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure residents receive excellent care
• Deliver rehabilitative and restorative nursing interventions that promote resident independence
• Follow federal, state and local regulations to maintain a safe, compliant facility
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care
• Monitor resident conditions, document assessments accurately, and communicate changes promptly
• Administer treatments and medications within LPN scope and facility protocols
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing aides and support staff during your shift
• Participate in care planning and support family communication with compassion and clarity

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Colorado (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting
• Current BLS certification (required)
• IV certification preferred for LPN candidates
• Training or experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• Comfort working 12-hour day shifts and supporting a team-focused care environment
