Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for a diverse resident population
• Perform thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely and accurately
• Document clinical findings and interventions clearly in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
• Monitor patient status and escalate changes promptly to the care team
• Promote a safe, clean environment and follow infection prevention best practices
• Support and mentor fellow staff to maintain high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (as applicable) — travel licenses or multistate compact licensure welcomed
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS or other specialty certs a plus
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred; travel nursing experience is a strong plus
• Ability to work 12+ hour day shifts reliably and maintain strong clinical judgment
• Up-to-date immunizations and required health screenings per facility policy

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/ASN for RNs; approved LPN program for LPNs). BSN preferred when applicable.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Proficiency with medication administration and IV therapy
• Accurate clinical documentation and charting in electronic systems
• Skilled in wound care, infection control, and resident safety practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
• Time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
