Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (NOC). Schedule may vary and can include weekends and holidays; specific days rotate based on staffing.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Measure and document vital signs consistently and accurately to inform care
- Perform EKGs and collect lab specimens following established protocols
- Assist providers and nurses with procedures and patient care activities
- Set up, clean, and inspect patient rooms, carts, and clinical equipment
- Ensure supplies are stocked and ready so clinical teams can work without delay
- Provide administrative support: prepare admissions/discharge/transfer paperwork and assist with phone coverage
- Transport patients safely to and from units, surgery, and radiology
- Participate in resuscitation efforts in accordance with BLS guidelines and document all care per policy
Qualifications
- BLS certification required
- RN, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), EMT-B, or IIV certification preferred
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred (nice-to-have for emergencies)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Able and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be healthy enough to safely function at altitude (~8,000 ft) and adapt to lower oxygen environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills; comfortable with administrative tasks
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and hands-on bedside support across age groups
- Accurate vital signs measurement and documentation
- Performing and interpreting basic EKG procedures
- Lab specimen collection and handling
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and resuscitation protocols
- Patient transport and safe mobility techniques
- Room and equipment setup, cleaning, and supply stocking
- Clinical documentation and basic administrative support
