Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
- Document care accurately and timely to support continuity and quality of care
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control and safety protocols
- Support residents' emotional needs by offering companionship and respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required) — NC certification preferred or eligibility to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfort working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care standards and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
