Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care to residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor resident condition and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Help create a warm, safe environment that promotes independence
- Support mealtime assistance and safe feeding practices
- Collaborate with the care team to follow care plans and ensure consistent care
Qualifications
- Valid GNA certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy
- Ability to pass background and health screenings
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an approved GNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of basic geriatric care principles
- Ability to assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
