Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; schedule includes some scheduled Saturday cases and on-call night coverage (at least 12 on-call shifts/month).
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the interventional team during cardiac catheterization and other cath lab procedures with precision and calm under pressure
- Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment (Philips & Siemens) and ensure all devices are ready for each case
- Monitor and support patients throughout procedures, maintaining safety and comfort
- Operate and document procedures in EMR systems (Meditech, MacLab) accurately and promptly
- Adhere to radiation safety practices, including use of the panning x-ray table as required
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to streamline workflow and deliver excellent patient care
- Help orient and educate less experienced staff—be a clinical mentor and team player
- Respond to on-call activations reliably and professionally
Qualifications
- ARRT certification (required)
- RCIS certification required (panning x-ray table experience required)
- BLS and ACLS current certifications
- Minimum 1 year of interventional/cardiac cath lab experience
- Comfortable with EP, PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI and IR case work
- Ability to work day shifts, occasional Saturdays, and fulfill on-call requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven interventional experience in cardiac catheterization and cath lab procedures
- Familiarity with Philips and Siemens imaging systems
- Experience with Meditech and MacLab documentation
- Strong patient monitoring and peri-procedural care skills
- Good communication and teamwork—able to teach and mentor junior staff
- Understanding of radiation safety and panning x-ray table operation
