Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately to support timely clinical decisions
• Monitor a high volume of patients calmly and efficiently during each shift
• Build end-of-shift reports and manage patient admissions/discharges within GE Carescape
• Communicate clearly with floor staff via desktop phone and iPhone application
• Maintain an accurate running call log and document events precisely
• Multitask across monitoring screens and prioritize critical alerts
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and professional, stress-managed behavior during busy periods

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in remote monitoring or telemetry roles
• Telemetry competency and ability to pass a basic cardiac rhythm test
• Comfortable typing proficiently and using basic computer systems
• Ability to operate an iPhone app for clinical communication
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Preferred: CNA background, cardiac nursing experience, ECG Board Certification, or previous GE monitoring experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac rhythm interpretation and basic ECG/rhythm test proficiency
• High-volume patient monitoring and alarm triage
• Familiarity with GE Carescape monitoring systems
• Good communication skills via desktop phone and mobile app
• Attention to detail, organization, and strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm under stress and prioritize clinically relevant events
