Shift Type: As scheduled (per diem), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers to promote independence and prevent falls
- Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Support meal service and ensure residents receive appropriate mealtime assistance
- Document care and observations accurately and timely in resident records
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Compassionate approach to working with older adults and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts as scheduled
Education
- High school diploma or GED; GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles and dignity-focused support
- Safe resident handling and transfer techniques
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic documentation and charting skills
- Infection control and standard precautions knowledge
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care setting
