Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day), scheduled 3 days/week in Quincy and 2 days/week in Greenville
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy evaluation and treatment across acute, swing bed/skilled nursing, and outpatient settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Use clinical reasoning to adapt treatments for diverse diagnoses and patient personalities
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and communicate effectively with staff and providers
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapy License (required)
- Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use clinical software
- Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a drive to learn new treatment techniques
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient management and treatment planning
- Acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapy experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication and compassion
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and produce timely, accurate documentation
- Familiarity with common PT treatment practices and commitment to continuing education
