Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Bridgeville, PA
Shift Type: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Day shift); specific days to be confirmed
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take and accurately record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning
- Document care activities clearly and communicate resident needs to nurses and supervisors
- Support residents’ emotional well-being and maintain dignity and respect in every interaction
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred; new grads are welcome to apply
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative care team
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program and current certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident mobility
- Basic infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Accurate documentation and charting skills
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Compassion, patience, and a resident-first attitude
