Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care as an LPN or RN to patients in a dynamic clinical environment
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document all care accurately
- Monitor patient status and promptly communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans to support recovery and independence
- Support facility goals by reliably covering assigned shifts and adapting to unit workflows
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential, matching the job class T-LPN or T-RN
- Current, active nursing license in the state of Maine or ability to obtain state licensure
- Prior clinical experience as an LPN or RN, with travel nursing experience considered a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Available to start the assignment on 2026-01-09
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program

- Patient assessment and monitoring

- Clinical charting and accurate recordkeeping
- Effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and workflows
