Shift Type: Overnight (night), 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM; days vary (overnight/NOC schedule)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
- Assess, monitor and document patient condition and communicate changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Teach and support patients and families to promote health and recovery
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license (eligible to practice in Maine)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS or specialty certifications a plus
- Previous acute care or long-term care nursing experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently on overnight shifts and communicating effectively with the team
- Travel nursing experience is a plus, and willingness to adapt to new clinical environments
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (for LPN) or an accredited Associate/Bachelor of Science in Nursing (for RN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
- Medication administration and documentation proficiency
- Basic IV care and familiarity with common nursing equipment
- Excellent communication, teamwork and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced overnight setting
