Shift Type: Rotating day shifts, Weekdays (Monday-Friday) 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; rotate every 4th weekend 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; On-call required

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality radiographic imaging exams with accuracy and compassion
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while following ALARA and facility protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot radiology equipment, maintaining proper imaging quality
- Document procedures accurately and maintain clear communication with the care team
- Respond promptly and professionally to on-call requests and weekend rotations
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect patients and staff
- Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and nursing staff to support patient care
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Radiology / Rad Tech experience as listed
- Must be able to take call and participate in the rotating weekend schedule
- Comfortable working 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shifts and responding to on-call needs
- Strong patient care skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse patients
- Current state radiologic technologist license or ability to obtain licensure
- ARRT certification preferred or equivalent credentialing where applicable
Education
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Associate degree or equivalent preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles and ALARA practices
- Familiarity with PACS and basic digital imaging workflows
- Ability to operate radiology equipment and perform routine quality checks
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling on-call duties and adapting to rotating schedules
