Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for non-clinical equipment and supplies to keep hospital operations smooth
• Coordinate inventory and restocking so teams always have what they need
• Partner with clinical staff to support efficient workflows and patient comfort
• Follow safety protocols and facility procedures to ensure a secure environment
• Document tasks and incidents clearly so shifts hand off cleanly and confidently
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to make daily work better

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate preferred
• Prior experience in a hospital, facilities, or hospitality role is a plus
• Comfortable with basic tools, equipment handling, and light maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to pass facility background checks and any required screenings

Education

• High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic computer literacy for inventory and documentation systems
• Knowledge of safety and infection control practices in a hospital setting
• Organizational skills to manage supplies and time effectively
• Troubleshooting mindset to identify and escalate issues quickly
• Customer-service orientation when interacting with staff and patients
