Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and care for non-clinical equipment and supplies to keep hospital operations smooth
- Coordinate inventory and restocking so teams always have what they need
- Partner with clinical staff to support efficient workflows and patient comfort
- Follow safety protocols and facility procedures to ensure a secure environment
- Document tasks and incidents clearly so shifts hand off cleanly and confidently
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to make daily work better
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate preferred
- Prior experience in a hospital, facilities, or hospitality role is a plus
- Comfortable with basic tools, equipment handling, and light maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass facility background checks and any required screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and documentation systems
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices in a hospital setting
- Organizational skills to manage supplies and time effectively
- Troubleshooting mindset to identify and escalate issues quickly
- Customer-service orientation when interacting with staff and patients
