Shift Type: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday (work 3 out of 5 nights per week)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing and accurate sleep study scoring
- Monitor patients overnight, ensuring safety and comfort throughout testing
- Operate and troubleshoot sleep lab equipment, with Cadwell experience preferred
- Collaborate with the clinical director and interdisciplinary team on interventions
- Document findings and communicate results clearly in the medical record
- Provide patient education and supportive care before, during, and after studies
Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or equivalent
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification meeting American Heart Association standards
- Completion of an accredited polysomnography program (minimum one year) or an Associate degree with emphasis in polysomnography, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated competency in polysomnographic testing and patient monitoring
- Experience with Cadwell sleep system preferred
Education
- Associate degree with emphasis in polysomnography OR completion of an accredited polysomnography program of at least one year OR equivalent experience with documented competency
Knowledge & Skills
- Polysomnographic testing and sleep study analysis
- Nighttime patient monitoring and safety protocols
- Familiarity with Cadwell sleep system and sleep lab equipment
- Strong documentation skills and comfort with electronic medical records
- Good communication and teamwork with clinical leadership
- Basic troubleshooting and infection control practices
