Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise daily nursing activities during your night tour to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
• Administer medications accurately and document per facility and regulatory requirements
• Provide rehabilitative and restorative nursing interventions to support resident independence
• Supervise and mentor nursing support staff during the shift to maintain smooth operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and reporting
• Assess residents’ conditions, escalate changes appropriately, and collaborate with the care team
• Contribute to care planning and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Colorado (required)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting
• Current BLS certification (required)
• IV certification or IV therapy experience preferred
• Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• Strong skills in medication administration, supervision, and regulatory compliance

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent practical nursing education
