Shift Type: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts (NOC). Exact facility start/end times vary; schedule is nights with 12-hour tours of duty.

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise daily nursing activities during your night tour to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
- Administer medications accurately and document per facility and regulatory requirements
- Provide rehabilitative and restorative nursing interventions to support resident independence
- Supervise and mentor nursing support staff during the shift to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and reporting
- Assess residents’ conditions, escalate changes appropriately, and collaborate with the care team
- Contribute to care planning and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of Colorado (required)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting
- Current BLS certification (required)
- IV certification or IV therapy experience preferred
- Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Strong skills in medication administration, supervision, and regulatory compliance
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent practical nursing education
