Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams in Abdomen and OB/GYN specialties
- Operate ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently to capture diagnostic images
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support accurate, timely diagnoses
- Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication before, during, and after exams
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in line with protocols
- Follow infection control and safety standards while supporting OR and imaging workflows
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment and report issues promptly
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help improve imaging services
Qualifications
- ARDMS credentials (or equivalent) in Abdomen — required upon submission
- ARDMS credentials (or equivalent) in OB/GYN — required upon submission
- Current unencumbered Oregon Sonography license — required
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification — required
- Experience in a hospital setting — preferred
- Comfort and reliability working night and weekend shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging protocols for Abdomen and OB/GYN
- Proficiency operating diagnostic ultrasound equipment and image optimization
- Good patient positioning, assessment, and respectful communication skills
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, documentation standards, and safety practices
- Teamwork and the ability to collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, and nurses
- Time management and the ability to perform under the pace of a hospital setting
