Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Position patients and adjust immobilization devices to obtain optimal diagnostic views
- Perform routine diagnostic CT and X-ray procedures across all age groups with professionalism
- Operate and position radiographic, fluoroscopic, mobile, and OR C-arm equipment safely and accurately
- Set exposure factors and manage equipment controls to produce high-quality images while minimizing radiation
- Operate film processing and digital radiography systems and ensure proper image handling
- Provide mobile radiography in operating rooms, emergency rooms, and bedside settings when needed
- Apply radiation protection techniques to protect patients and staff
- Prioritize and organize daily workflow to keep the department running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and the clinical team
Qualifications
- 2+ years current CT technologist experience in a hospital setting (required)
- 2+ years current X-ray technologist experience in a hospital setting (required)
- Proficiency with Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portables, and OR C-arm (required)
- Experience caring for patients of all ages (required)
- Active ARRT registration (required)
- Active American Heart Association BLS (required)
- New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License or equivalent state license (required or easily obtainable temporary NH MIRT)
- Previous travel experience (preferred)
- Must have own vehicle and provide permanent address in profile
- Ability to work scheduled night shifts and meet scheduling submission requirements
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Associate degree or certificate common)
- ARRT certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient positioning and use of immobilization devices
- Operation of radiographic, fluoroscopic, CT, and mobile imaging equipment
- Digital radiography and film processing workflows
- Radiation protection principles and safe imaging practices
- Experience with OR imaging and C-arm procedures
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to document work accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy clinical workload
