Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide hands-on orthopedic therapy for shoulders, elbows, and wrists
Help patients recover from tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical repairs
Deliver care across outpatient ortho, acute inpatient, and rehab settings
Treat a variety of diagnoses including CVA, MS, and head injuries
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with rehab aides and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with upper extremity focus
Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow conditions
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Upper extremity therapy expertise
Ability to manage 12 patients per day
Comfortable with both acute and outpatient settings
Familiarity with ReDoc and Meditech documentation
