Shift Type: Nights - 3 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced 28-bed ER
Respond quickly to trauma cases in our dedicated trauma bays and cardiac monitor rooms
Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented environment to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Manage fast patient turnover while maintaining safety and quality standards
Support patients and families during critical moments with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

Active Hawaii nursing license required by start date
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Current ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS certifications
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-acuity settings

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency room protocols and rapid response procedures
Cardiac monitoring and trauma care
Electronic medical records (Point Click)
Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
