Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized speech therapy to patients in their homes
Assess communication and swallowing needs with care and expertise
Create treatment plans that truly make a difference
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams
Document progress and celebrate patient milestones

Qualifications

Active California SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Home health experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Speech and language assessment techniques
Swallowing disorder evaluation
Patient-centered care approach
Electronic medical record documentation
Time management and organization
