Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general ultrasound exams including abdominal, OB/GYN, breast, pediatric, and NICU imaging
• Assist with breast biopsies, IR procedures, and OR cases confidently
• Conduct Doppler studies and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and communication
• Transport patients when volumes are low to support other modalities
• Maintain equipment and follow department protocols for quality and safety

Qualifications

• Valid ARDMS certification in Abdomen and/or OB/GYN required (Fetal Echo not needed)
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Experience with breast imaging and procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with scanning neonatal heads, kidneys, and spines preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Active driver's license required (for distance verification)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in general ultrasound, breast biopsies, and NICU imaging
• Experience with Siemens Sequoia ultrasound systems
• Comfortable using EPIC and McKesson PACS systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying call schedules and patient volumes
