Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead clinical informatics initiatives to improve patient care and workflow efficiency
Collaborate with nursing staff and IT to implement and optimize electronic health records
Provide training and support to clinical teams on system usage
Analyze data to identify trends and drive quality improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Experience in clinical informatics or health IT strongly preferred

Education

Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy
