Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures with precision and care
Operate state-of-the-art GE Discovery 630 and GE PET 8 scanners
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation using Epic and McKesson PACS
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols and facility policies

Qualifications

Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT (NM)) or CNMT
Valid driver's license (required at submittal for distance verification)
Willingness to adhere to facility policies including artificial nail policy
Flexibility and positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in nuclear medicine imaging and PET techniques
Experience with Epic EMR and McKesson PACS systems
Ability to adapt and float to other modalities if licensed (e.g., XR, CT, MRI)
Strong patient communication and comfort skills
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate
