RN - MST/Pediatrics

Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend, Friday and Saturday for Nights, Saturday and Sunday for dayshift, with holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to adult and pediatric patients in a mixed unit setting
Take and pass the dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract
Float to the MST unit on EC to care for adult MST patients if census on the pediatric/MST unit drops
Read and interpret Tele strips for adult MST patients
Administer high flow to stabilize patients for transfer

Qualifications

Current RN license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Experience working with children and adults
Strong nursing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric and adult patient care
Telemetry and cardiac monitoring
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Communication and interpersonal skills
