Cath Lab/ICU Nurse Manager

Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM for elective cases, plus 24/7 on-call including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of both the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Provide pre-procedure and recovery care, including bedside procedure support and moderate sedation
Enhance nursing competency and build a positive team culture
Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical leadership
Ensure compliance with certifications and quality standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
Minimum 1 year of management experience
Minimum 3 years of RN experience
Minimum 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
CRRT competency required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical care and telemetry skills
Experience with vasoactive drugs, heparin, and blood products
Leadership and team-building abilities
Knowledge of fluoroscopy for technical staff
Ability to read telemetry strips and monitor patients
