Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for PET/CT scans
Operate advanced PET/CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
Monitor patient condition during procedures and provide compassionate care
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate imaging results
Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

ARRT (N) certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
Valid state license (California) as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of experience in PET/CT imaging preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PET/CT scanner operation and quality control
Knowledge of radiation safety practices and ALARA principles
Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
